How to be successful in anything you do.

How to establish discipline. One of the hardest things that we can do in life is to try and change. Especially when that involves changing yourself. We are creatures of habit. We get very comfortable and used to doing things. Even if it is self-destructive behavior the familiar is a known commodity whereas any change or prospect of change brings uncertainty. If you want to change something in...

The first chiropractic adjustment and the power of the body

Here is how DD Palmer described the birth of chiropractic and the first adjustment. "Harvey Lillard, a janitor, in the Ryan Block, where I had my office, had been so deaf for 17 years that he could not hear the racket of a wagon on the street or the ticking of a watch. I made an inquiry as to the cause of his deafness and was informed that when he was exerting himself in a cramped, stooping...

You may have heard of Human Growth Hormone.
It has been quietly making its way through the news. Human growth hormone injections – or HGH – has been banned in the world of professional sport,  as it has been proven to increase strength and stamina, providing sportsmen and women with an unfair advantage over their competitors.

However, experts continue to study its capabilities and have recently found that HGH can be very effective in treating chronic pain conditions. This includes back pain and many other joint pains.
However, there are a variety of complex risks associated with true HGH therapy, which make it a less than ideal solution for the majority of patients.
So instead, an increasing number of doctors are now choosing Sermorelin therapy to help their patients manage moderate to severe back pain, as well as many other issues.

HGH is responsible for stimulating the growth, healing and renewal of all of the cells in your body. When we are young, we have high levels of HGH to enable us to grow and mature into adults. However, even once we are full grown, HGH still plays an important role.
One of the main reasons that our bodies begin to suffer the effects of aging is because our natural-occurring levels of HGH begin to dwindle.  Around the age of 30, many individuals start to notice the earliest signs of physical deterioration including:
** Loss of muscle mass
** Loss of bone density
** Weight gain
** Fatigue
** Reduced libido
** Poor sleep

Sermorelin is an HGH stimulator. Sermorelin therapy enables patients to obtain all of the benefits of HGH therapy, without any of the associated risks. In the case of back pain, Sermorelin therapy can:
** Help your muscles repair more quickly
** Prevent further damage from occurring
** Strengthen weakened bones
** Stabilize soft tissue, such as tendons, ligaments and muscle
** Increased muscle mass
** Improved energy
** Better quality of sleep
** Strengthened immune system

There are a variety of reasons why medical practitioners are now opting to offer Sermorelin rather than HGH therapy.

By far the biggest is the huge number of risks associated with the use of naturally-occurring HGH, which include abnormalities in bone and tissue growth, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and even some cancers. Fortunately, Sermorelin has been found not to produce any of these undesirable side effects.

Sermorelin actually supports pituitary function (rather than inhibits it, as is the case with HGH) and encourages the natural production of human growth hormone. It has also shown to be more natural in the way it is released into the body, more closely mimicking the body’s natural, gradual release of growth hormone. This is considered much safer than the consistently high levels seen in patients who opt for HGH injections.

Sermorelin is significantly more affordable than HGH for the majority of patients. It is also not a ‘controlled substance’ meaning that, although a prescription is still required, it is much more accessible. This means that there are far fewer illegal alternatives around as they are simply not necessary.

Sermorelin is injected into your body fat using a very small needle. A little numbing cream can be applied at the injection site if you are particularly nervous, but most patients report that the procedure does not hurt. The initial course of Sermorelin therapy usually takes the form of one injection per day for a minimum of 30 days, but this may vary from patient to patient and will depend on how you respond to the treatment.
